  2. 2. Finely chop the mushroom stems.
  3. 3. Mix the chopped stems with cream cheese, pressed garlic, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and press them down slightly.
  5. 5. Mix breadcrumbs (or Panko) with olive oil.
  6. 6. Spread the oil-breadcrumb mixture over the stuffed mushrooms.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the mushrooms for 8 to 10 minutes until crispy.
