🍽️ Crispy Stuffed Mushrooms from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 6 large mushrooms
- 50 g cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 30 g parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs (or panko)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms and carefully twist out the stems.
- 2. Finely chop the mushroom stems.
- 3. Mix the chopped stems with cream cheese, pressed garlic, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and press them down slightly.
- 5. Mix breadcrumbs (or Panko) with olive oil.
- 6. Spread the oil-breadcrumb mixture over the stuffed mushrooms.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the mushrooms for 8 to 10 minutes until crispy.
