  1. 1. Season the minced meat with pepper, salt, and paprika powder to your liking.
  2. 2. Finely chop or grate the shallots and garlic so that no large pieces remain in the mixture.
  3. 3. Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped vegetables and add tomato paste and herbs as desired.
  4. 4. Cut the wraps into square pieces.
  5. 5. Spread a thin layer of the minced meat mixture onto the wrap squares.
  6. 6. Stack the coated wrap squares on top of each other.
  7. 7. Thread a skewer through the stacked wraps to secure them.
  8. 8. Cut the stacked wraps into cubes of approximately 6 x 6 cm.
  9. 9. Brush the wrap cubes thinly with BBQ sauce.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 185 °C and cook the skewers for 12 to 15 minutes until crispy.
