Ingredients
- 1 packet HENGLEIN Fresh Pizza Dough (400 g)
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 1 onion(s), red
- 150 g bacon cubes
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan. Roll out the pizza dough and spread the herb cream cheese mixture evenly over it. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Now distribute the onion rings and then the bacon cubes evenly over the dough.
- 2. Roll the dough tightly from the long side and place it on a baking sheet using the included baking paper. Make a few cuts into the dough roll and brush it with a beaten egg. Bake the onion bread for about 20 minutes in the oven.
