🍽️ Crispy Chorizo Gnocchi Dish from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g Gnocchi (small ones from the refrigerated section)
- 250 g chorizo
- 400 g Tomatoes, pureed
- 200 g Mozzarella (grated)
- 1 Onion(s)
- 1 Bell Pepper(s)
- 2 Garlic Clove(s)
- some Oil
- some Salt and Pepper
- some Pizza Seasoning (or Italian herbs)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the casing from the chorizo sausage and cut the meat into small pieces.
- 2. Place the chorizo pieces, gnocchi, and a drizzle of oil into the air fryer basket.
- 3. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the mixture for 8 minutes.
- 4. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
- 5. Open the air fryer after 8 minutes and add the chopped vegetables.
- 6. Stir everything well to distribute the ingredients.
- 7. Close the air fryer and cook for another 8 minutes at 200 °C.
- 8. Open the air fryer halfway through and stir the mixture once.
- 9. Add the pureed tomatoes and your desired spices.
- 10. Stir the sauce and solid ingredients thoroughly.
- 11. Generously sprinkle the dish with grated mozzarella cheese.
- 12. Cook the dish for another 8 minutes at 200 °C until the cheese is golden brown and melted.
