  3. 3. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the mixture for 8 minutes.
  4. 4. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
  5. 5. Open the air fryer after 8 minutes and add the chopped vegetables.
  6. 6. Stir everything well to distribute the ingredients.
  7. 7. Close the air fryer and cook for another 8 minutes at 200 °C.
  8. 8. Open the air fryer halfway through and stir the mixture once.
  9. 9. Add the pureed tomatoes and your desired spices.
  10. 10. Stir the sauce and solid ingredients thoroughly.
  11. 11. Generously sprinkle the dish with grated mozzarella cheese.
  12. 12. Cook the dish for another 8 minutes at 200 °C until the cheese is golden brown and melted.
