🍰 Crispy Tzatziki Cake from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g Tzatziki
- 125 g Margarine
- 50 g Wheat Flour Type 405
- 50 g Fine Semolina
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest (organic)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (organic)
- 0.5 pkg Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt and Pepper
- a little Breadcrumbs for the pan
- a little Margarine for the pan
Instructions
- 1. Grease an 18 cm (7 inch) round cake pan with margarine.
- 2. Dust the greased pan with breadcrumbs.
- 3. Set the prepared pan aside.
- 4. Beat margarine, a pinch of salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon zest with a hand mixer until fluffy.
- 5. Add the eggs to the margarine mixture.
- 6. Mix everything until you have a homogeneous mass.
- 7. Stir in flour and fine semolina.
- 8. Continue mixing until a smooth batter forms.
- 9. Fold the tzatziki into the batter.
- 10. Add the lemon juice.
- 11. Pour the finished batter into the prepared pan.
- 12. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 13. Reduce the temperature to 160 °C.
- 14. Bake the cake for 50 minutes at 160 °C.
- 15. Let the cake cool for approx. 45 minutes in the closed air fryer.
- 16. Serve the cake with a mixed salad.
