  1. 1. Grease an 18 cm (7 inch) round cake pan with margarine.
  2. 2. Dust the greased pan with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Set the prepared pan aside.
  4. 4. Beat margarine, a pinch of salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon zest with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  5. 5. Add the eggs to the margarine mixture.
  6. 6. Mix everything until you have a homogeneous mass.
  7. 7. Stir in flour and fine semolina.
  8. 8. Continue mixing until a smooth batter forms.
  9. 9. Fold the tzatziki into the batter.
  10. 10. Add the lemon juice.
  11. 11. Pour the finished batter into the prepared pan.
  12. 12. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  13. 13. Reduce the temperature to 160 °C.
  14. 14. Bake the cake for 50 minutes at 160 °C.
  15. 15. Let the cake cool for approx. 45 minutes in the closed air fryer.
  16. 16. Serve the cake with a mixed salad.
