Ingredients
- 125 g salmon
- 80 g rice
- 0.25 cucumber(s)
- 0.5 avocado(s)
- 200 g broccoli
- to taste fish seasoning
- to taste paprika powder, rose-spiciness
- to taste dill
- to taste Sriracha sauce
- to taste mayonnaise
- to taste sesame (for decorating)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Season the fish pieces with fish spice, sweet paprika powder, and dill.
- 3. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the salmon until crispy for 8 minutes.
- 4. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- 5. Break the broccoli into small florets.
- 6. Place the broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl and add 2 tablespoons of water.
- 7. Place the lid loosely on the bowl and steam the broccoli in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes at 600 Watts.
- 8. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 9. Slice the avocado into thin rounds.
- 10. Mix the cooked rice with a little Sriracha sauce and mayonnaise.
- 11. Place the rice mixture in a bowl as the base for the bowl.
- 12. Distribute the cooked salmon and the fresh vegetables (cucumber and avocado) over the rice.
- 13. Decorate the bowl with a little sesame.
