  1. 1. Wash the rhubarb and cut it into slices about half a centimeter thick.
  2. 2. Grease a small baking dish with some butter.
  3. 3. Place the rhubarb slices into the prepared dish.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the rhubarb.
  5. 5. Roughly chop the almonds with a knife.
  6. 6. Distribute the chopped almonds over the rhubarb.
  7. 7. Put all ingredients for the crumble topping into a bowl.
  8. 8. Rub the ingredients together with your fingers to form small crumbs.
  9. 9. Place the crumble topping evenly on top of the rhubarb.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and bake the crumble for 15 minutes until crispy.
  11. 11. Mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla and sugar.
  12. 12. Serve the warm crumble together with the yogurt mixture.
