🍰 Crunchy Rhubarb Crumble from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 60 g rhubarb
- 3 g butter
- 1 tsp, leveled muscovado sugar
- 5 almonds, whole (with shell)
- 15 g spelt whole wheat flour
- 25 g oats, coarse
- 20 g muscovado sugar
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 20 g butter
- 125 g yogurt, Greek
- 2 tsp vanilla (ground)
- 0.5 tsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rhubarb and cut it into slices about half a centimeter thick.
- 2. Grease a small baking dish with some butter.
- 3. Place the rhubarb slices into the prepared dish.
- 4. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the rhubarb.
- 5. Roughly chop the almonds with a knife.
- 6. Distribute the chopped almonds over the rhubarb.
- 7. Put all ingredients for the crumble topping into a bowl.
- 8. Rub the ingredients together with your fingers to form small crumbs.
- 9. Place the crumble topping evenly on top of the rhubarb.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and bake the crumble for 15 minutes until crispy.
- 11. Mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla and sugar.
- 12. Serve the warm crumble together with the yogurt mixture.
