🍝 Creamy Pasta Bake with Spicy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 packet Chefkoch x Ostmann seasoning salt for pasta casserole
- 250 g pasta (e.g. penne)
- 400 g cream
- 50 g tomato paste
- 200 ml water
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 125 g mozzarella
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them in a baking dish together with the uncooked pasta.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, tomato paste, water, and the seasoning salt from the packet. Pour the sauce into a pot and bring it to a boil.
- 3. Pour the hot sauce evenly over the pasta and tomatoes in the dish. Slice the mozzarella cheese and arrange the slices on top of the bake.
- 4. Bake the dish for 30 minutes in the preheated oven until the cheese is nicely golden brown. Remove the dish from the oven, let it cool down briefly, and serve the dish warm.
