Ingredients
- 1 packet Chefkoch x Ostmann spice preparation for oven vegetables
- 500 g shallots
- 500 g vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 100 g feta cheese
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the potatoes, your favorite vegetables, and the onions into wedges. Place everything in a baking dish. Add the spice mix and plenty of olive oil, then toss everything well.
- 2. Distribute the halved tomatoes and garlic cloves evenly on top. Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables.
- 3. Bake the vegetables in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (top and bottom heat) for 30 to 40 minutes, until tender and lightly browned. Enjoy your meal!
