🍝 Colorful Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 packet Chefkoch x Ostmann seasoning salt for pasta salad
- 250 g pasta (e.g. bow-tie pasta)
- 50 g pine nuts
- 25 g arugula
- 100 g tomato(es), dried in oil
- 125 g mozzarella
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta exactly according to the package instructions.
- 2. Let the pasta drain well afterwards.
- 3. Whisk together all dressing ingredients with the seasoning salt in a separate bowl.
- 4. Add the drained pasta to the dressing mixture.
- 5. Stir everything carefully until the pasta is evenly coated.
- 6. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Cut the mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over medium heat.
- 9. Remove the pan from the heat once the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.
- 10. Gently fold the toasted pine nuts into the pasta.
- 11. Gently mix the tomato pieces and mozzarella into the pasta mixture as well.
- 12. Finely chop the arugula.
- 13. Fold the arugula into the salad at the very end.
- 14. Be careful not to crush the leaves.
