Ingredients
- 1 packet Chefkoch x Ostmann seasoned salt for potato gratin
- 1 kg potatoes, mostly waxy
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml cream (30 %)
- 50 g parmesan, grated
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Mix milk and cream in a large pot, stir in the seasoning from the spice salt packet, and bring the liquid to a boil.
- 2. Add the potato slices to the hot mixture and let them simmer gently for 10 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat, transfer everything to a baking dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- 3. Bake the gratin in the preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for 15 to 20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and crispy.
