🍝 Savory Spaghetti Bolognese by Ostmann

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Chefkoch x Ostmann spice mix for Bolognese
- 500 g ground beef
- 500 g spaghetti
- 800 g tomatoes, peeled (from the can)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- some red wine (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot. Fry the minced meat in it until it is crumbly and evenly browned. Stir in the tomato paste and roast it briefly until it smells aromatic.
- 2. Add the chopped tomatoes and optionally some red wine to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring. Add the spice mix, reduce the heat, and let the Bolognese simmer for approx. 20 minutes on low heat.
- 3. Cook the pasta in the meantime according to the package instructions. Serve the Bolognese together with the freshly cooked pasta.
