🍽️ Pinsa with Parma Ham, Arugula and Parmesan

Ingredients
- 1 packet HENGLEIN Fresh Pinsa dough
- 150 ml tomato sauce
- 50 g arugula
- 70 g Parma ham
- 100 g Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp herbs, Italian
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven along with the baking sheet to 210 degrees Celsius fan-forced. Take the Pinsa dough out of the refrigerator and unroll it together with the included baking paper. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and season it with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Place the Pinsa dough on the hot baking sheet and bake it for about 10 to 12 minutes. Before serving, top the finished pastry with arugula and Parma ham. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over it. Tip: Enhance the Pinsa with a balsamic cream.
