- 1 pkg. HENGLEIN Gnocchi

- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp herbs of Provence

- 150 g breadcrumbs ((spelt breadcrumbs), approx)

Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a bowl. Add the lightly oiled gnocchi and mix everything well. Place the gnocchi in the air fryer and bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes until crispy.
