🍽️ Crispy Flammkuchen Pockets with Feta and Spinach from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 packs HENGLEIN Fresh Tarte Flambée Dough
- 100 g spinach leaves (fresh)
- 1 pack Feta cheese
- 1 egg
- to taste milk (approx. 1 - 2 tbsp)
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the leaf spinach thoroughly.
- 2. Chop the spinach into small pieces.
- 3. Take the feta cheese.
- 4. Crumble the feta coarsely.
- 5. Mix the chopped spinach with the feta.
- 6. Season the filling with salt.
- 7. Season the filling with pepper.
- 8. Take the flammkuchen doughs out of the refrigerator.
- 9. Roll out the first dough along with the baking paper.
- 10. Divide the spinach and feta mixture into eight equal portions.
- 11. Distribute the eight mounds evenly on the dough.
- 12. Place the second dough on top.
- 13. Peel off the baking paper carefully.
- 14. Cut eight equal-sized pockets.
- 15. Press the edges of the pockets firmly with a fork.
- 16. Whisk the milk with the egg.
- 17. Brush the dough pockets with the egg-milk mixture.
- 18. Sprinkle the pockets with sesame seeds.
- 19. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees.
- 20. Place the pockets in the preheated air fryer.
- 21. Bake the pockets for 10 minutes.
