🍽️ Crispy Stuffed Mushrooms with Minced Meat Filling from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 10 large mushrooms
- 100 g minced meat
- 1 small onion(s)
- 100 g processed cheese
- to taste salt and pepper
- to taste paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms carefully with a damp cloth or brush so they do not become watery.
- 2. Gently twist the stems out of the mushroom caps.
- 3. Dice the removed mushroom stems and the onions into very small cubes.
- 4. Mix the fine cubes of stems and onions thoroughly with the minced meat and processed cheese in a bowl.
- 5. Season the meat mixture to your liking with the desired spices.
- 6. Pack the prepared meat mixture firmly into the empty mushroom caps.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and place the stuffed mushrooms inside.
- 8. Cook the mushrooms for 20 to 30 minutes in the air fryer until the filling is fully cooked.
