  1. 1. Clean the mushrooms carefully with a damp cloth or brush so they do not become watery.
  2. 2. Gently twist the stems out of the mushroom caps.
  3. 3. Dice the removed mushroom stems and the onions into very small cubes.
  4. 4. Mix the fine cubes of stems and onions thoroughly with the minced meat and processed cheese in a bowl.
  5. 5. Season the meat mixture to your liking with the desired spices.
  6. 6. Pack the prepared meat mixture firmly into the empty mushroom caps.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and place the stuffed mushrooms inside.
  8. 8. Cook the mushrooms for 20 to 30 minutes in the air fryer until the filling is fully cooked.
