🍰 Crustless Cheesecake from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 400 g curd cheese
- 300 g cream cheese (reduced-fat)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
- 50 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Grease a 16-centimeter springform pan (cake pan with a removable side) generously with fat.
- 2. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 3. Whisk all ingredients for the batter until smooth.
- 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan.
- 5. Place the pan in the air fryer and bake the cake for 35 minutes at 160 °C.
- 6. Let the cake cool down directly inside the turned-off air fryer after baking.
