  1. 1. Beat the butter with the sugar and the vanilla sugar until creamy.
  2. 2. Add the eggs and whisk the mixture well.
  3. 3. Fold in the flour and the baking powder gradually.
  4. 4. Take one third of the batter aside and stir in the milk and the cocoa or the Nutella.
  5. 5. Alternately add two tablespoons of light batter and one tablespoon of dark batter into the silicone mold.
  6. 6. Draw circular movements through the batter with a fork to create the marble pattern.
  7. 7. Set the air fryer to the bake function and preheat it to 170 °C.
  8. 8. Place the silicone mold on the crisper rack and bake the cake for 40 minutes.
  9. 9. Poke into the center of the broken crust and check the core temperature with a thermometer.
  10. 10. The cake is done when the thermometer shows 93 °C.
