🍰 Mini Marble Cake from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 100 g Butter
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 2 Egg(s)
- 125 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (or Nutella)
- 1 tbsp Milk
Instructions
- 1. Beat the butter with the sugar and the vanilla sugar until creamy.
- 2. Add the eggs and whisk the mixture well.
- 3. Fold in the flour and the baking powder gradually.
- 4. Take one third of the batter aside and stir in the milk and the cocoa or the Nutella.
- 5. Alternately add two tablespoons of light batter and one tablespoon of dark batter into the silicone mold.
- 6. Draw circular movements through the batter with a fork to create the marble pattern.
- 7. Set the air fryer to the bake function and preheat it to 170 °C.
- 8. Place the silicone mold on the crisper rack and bake the cake for 40 minutes.
- 9. Poke into the center of the broken crust and check the core temperature with a thermometer.
- 10. The cake is done when the thermometer shows 93 °C.
