🍽️ Crispy Zucchini-Feta Balls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 250 g zucchini
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- optional spice(s) (to choice)
Instructions
- 1. Coarsely grate the zucchini.
- 2. Place the grated zucchini into a clean kitchen towel.
- 3. Squeeze the towel tightly to remove excess liquid from the zucchini.
- 4. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces with your hands.
- 5. Add the zucchini shreds, crumbled feta, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and spices to a large bowl.
- 6. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 7. Check the consistency of the mixture.
- 8. If the mixture seems too wet, add a little more breadcrumbs and stir them in.
- 9. Lightly wet your hands with water.
- 10. Shape the mixture into balls the size of a ping pong ball.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 12. Place the balls into the basket of the air fryer.
- 13. Cook the balls at 180 °C for 12 to 15 minutes until crispy.
