Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pck. vanilla sugar
- 5 g baking powder
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 125 g butter
- 2 egg(s)
- 250 ml milk
- 125 ml mineral water
Instructions
- 1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until you have a smooth and homogeneous batter.
- 2. Carefully pour the batter into the silicone waffle molds designed for the air fryer.
- 3. Turn on the air fryer and set the temperature to 170 °C.
- 4. Select the "Bake" function on the device, if available.
- 5. Cook the waffles for 15 to 20 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 6. Carefully remove the waffles from the molds and serve immediately.
