  1. 1. Put flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and optional bread spice into a bowl.
  2. 2. Add the water and knead the ingredients first on slow, then on fast speed.
  3. 3. Add one tablespoon of oil and continue kneading the dough until it is well worked.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for one hour.
  5. 5. Knead the dough briefly by hand on a lightly floured surface.
  6. 6. Grease the basket of your air fryer and place the dough inside.
  7. 7. Cover the dough and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Brush the surface of the dough with some water.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the bread with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C and select the Airfry function.
  11. 11. Bake the bread for 47 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the bread after 30 minutes so that the bottom side also turns golden brown.
  13. 13. Let the finished bread cool completely on a rack before slicing it.
