Ingredients
- 350 g Skyr
- 350 g spelt flour Type 630
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Add Skyr, spelt flour, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl.
- 2. Knead the ingredients by hand until a smooth dough forms.
- 3. Shape the dough into a small loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
- 4. Use a sharp knife to make a few small slits on the surface of the bread.
- 5. Brush the surface of the bread thinly with olive oil.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and bake the bread until crispy for 30 to 40 minutes.
- 7. Let the bread cool down briefly before serving and enjoy.
