Ingredients
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp, heaping breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp herbs (by choice, frozen)
- 1 tsp, heaping mustard
- 1 tsp, level salt
- 1 tsp spice mix (by choice)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion.
- 2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
- 3. Knead the mixture with your hands until it is uniform and firm.
- 4. Shape small balls directly from the mixture.
- 5. Place the meatballs into the air fryer basket.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the meatballs for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 7. Adjust the cooking time if you prefer the meatballs darker or lighter.
- 8. Expect about 10 to 20 meatballs, depending on their size.
