  1. 1. Mix honey, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. 2. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Season the chicken breasts generously on both sides with salt and black pepper.
  4. 4. Wrap two slices of bacon around each chicken breast.
  5. 5. Secure the ends of the bacon with toothpicks so they do not fall off.
  6. 6. Brush the chicken breasts generously with the prepared honey marinade.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  8. 8. Place the chicken breasts in the basket of the air fryer.
  9. 9. Cook the chicken breasts for 9 minutes at 200 °C.
  10. 10. Turn the chicken breasts once after half the time.
  11. 11. Brush the chicken breasts again with the remaining marinade after turning.
  12. 12. Continue cooking for another 9 to 11 minutes at 200 °C until the meat is fully cooked and the bacon is crispy.
  13. 13. Remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer.
  14. 14. Carefully remove the toothpicks.
  15. 15. Serve the chicken hot immediately.
