🍽️ One-Pot Chicken with Vegetables from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken meat
- 80 g broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 zucchini
- 3 garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp herbs, Italian (dried)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Pat the chicken pieces dry with kitchen paper.
- 2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes.
- 3. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
- 4. Clean the pepper and cut it into cubes.
- 5. Clean the zucchini and cut it into cubes.
- 6. Peel the onion and slice it into rings.
- 7. Slice the peeled garlic into thin slices.
- 8. Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
- 9. Season everything to taste with your favorite spices and herbs.
- 10. Mix the ingredients well so they are evenly seasoned.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 12. Place the mixture into the air fryer basket.
- 13. Cook the dish at 200 °C for a total of 10 minutes.
- 14. Shake the basket vigorously after 5 minutes (halfway through the cooking time).
