🍽️ Crispy Teriyaki Salmon with Honey Brussels Sprouts from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillet(s)
- 4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp Garlic (grated or finely chopped)
- 750 g Brussels sprouts
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mix the teriyaki sauce with sesame oil, grated ginger, and chopped garlic in a bowl.
- 2. Place the salmon in the sauce and turn it so it is coated all over.
- 3. Let the fish marinate in the mixture for at least 20 minutes.
- 4. Wash the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.
- 5. Mix salt, pepper, and olive oil in a separate bowl.
- 6. Toss the Brussels sprout halves in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 8. Place the Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket.
- 9. Cook the Brussels sprouts for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
- 10. Shake the basket once or twice during cooking to ensure even browning.
- 11. Remove the salmon from the marinade after 20 minutes and pat it dry lightly.
- 12. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 13. Fry the salmon in the pan for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
- 14. Heat honey and sesame seeds in a second small pan.
- 15. Take the cooked Brussels sprouts out of the air fryer.
- 16. Toss the Brussels sprouts in the honey-sesame mixture until glossy and coated.
- 17. Serve the glazed Brussels sprouts together with the fried salmon.
