  1. 1. Mix the teriyaki sauce with sesame oil, grated ginger, and chopped garlic in a bowl.
  2. 2. Place the salmon in the sauce and turn it so it is coated all over.
  3. 3. Let the fish marinate in the mixture for at least 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Wash the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Mix salt, pepper, and olive oil in a separate bowl.
  6. 6. Toss the Brussels sprout halves in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  8. 8. Place the Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket.
  9. 9. Cook the Brussels sprouts for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
  10. 10. Shake the basket once or twice during cooking to ensure even browning.
  11. 11. Remove the salmon from the marinade after 20 minutes and pat it dry lightly.
  12. 12. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  13. 13. Fry the salmon in the pan for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
  14. 14. Heat honey and sesame seeds in a second small pan.
  15. 15. Take the cooked Brussels sprouts out of the air fryer.
  16. 16. Toss the Brussels sprouts in the honey-sesame mixture until glossy and coated.
  17. 17. Serve the glazed Brussels sprouts together with the fried salmon.
