Ingredients
- 3 tbsp, heaped protein powder (vanilla)
- 200 ml almond milk (almond drink) (or oat milk)
- 2 egg(s)
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 85 g cream cheese (light)
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- 1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything with a hand mixer.
- 3. Pour the mixture into a small baking pan (approx. 22 x 22 cm).
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 150 °C and bake the cake for 15 minutes.
- 5. Check for doneness after 12 minutes using a wooden skewer.
- 6. Extend the baking time if batter still sticks to the skewer.
- 7. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 150 °C fan-forced for 40 minutes.
- 8. Check for doneness in the oven after 35 minutes using a wooden skewer.
- 9. Extend the baking time if batter still sticks to the skewer.
- 10. Note: Each portion contains approx. 819 kcal.
