  1. 1. Cut the beef into thin strips.
  2. 2. Mix 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and the spice mix in a bowl.
  3. 3. Place the beef strips in the marinade and let them marinate for 2 hours.
  4. 4. Dice the bell peppers, chili, onions, and ginger into small cubes.
  5. 5. Sauté the onions in a pot.
  6. 6. Add the bell peppers, chili, and ginger and sauté everything briefly.
  7. 7. Deglaze the vegetables with vegetable broth, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and vinegar.
  8. 8. Stir the chili sauce into the sauce.
  9. 9. Let the sauce simmer until the bell peppers are soft.
  10. 10. Mix the marinated beef with cornstarch.
  11. 11. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix everything well.
  12. 12. Spread the beef in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  13. 13. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the beef for 7 minutes.
  14. 14. Turn the beef and cook it for another 6 minutes.
