🍽️ Crispy Pork Ham Roast with Black Salsify

Ingredients
- 700 g Ham roast
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tsp Mustard
- 3 tsp Sugar beet syrup (or honey)
- a little Paprika powder
- a little Oil (for spraying or brushing)
- 1 jar Artichoke hearts
- 0.5 Lemon
Instructions
- 1. Season the meat generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Mix mustard, beet syrup, paprika powder, and a little oil to create a marinade.
- 3. Brush the meat thoroughly with this marinade.
- 4. Wrap the meat tightly in aluminum foil.
- 5. Place the foil package in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 6. Take the meat out of the fridge and remove the aluminum foil.
- 7. Place the meat in a large, oven-safe dish.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and switch to the baking function.
- 9. Cook the meat for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
- 10. Remove the dish briefly and add the drained black salsify from the jar.
- 11. Drizzle the black salsify with lemon juice.
- 12. Brush everything again with the remaining marinade.
- 13. Place the dish back in the air fryer and bake for another 20 minutes at 180 °C.
