Ingredients
- 1 pkg. HENGLEIN Fresh Rigatoni (500 g)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 garlic clove(s)
- 150 g boiled ham
- 150 g tomato paste
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- 250 ml cooking cream (low-fat)
- Parmesan, grated (approx. 3 - 4 tbsp)
- 200 g peas, frozen
- 250 g cheese, grated (e.g. Mozzarella)
- Herb mix (Italian, 1 - 2 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and the garlic.
- 2. Finely chop the onions and the garlic.
- 3. Cut the ham into small cubes.
- 4. Place the rigatoni pasta into a baking dish.
- 5. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the dish.
- 6. Add the ham cubes to the baking dish.
- 7. Stir the tomato paste into the pasta.
- 8. Sprinkle the parmesan over the mixture.
- 9. Add the frozen peas to the baking dish.
- 10. Pour the vegetable broth over everything.
- 11. Pour the cooking cream in as well.
- 12. Season the mixture with the herb mix.
- 13. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 14. Stir all ingredients in the dish well.
- 15. Cover the top with grated mozzarella.
- 16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 17. Place the baking dish on the middle rack.
- 18. Bake the dish for about 20 minutes.
- 19. Remove the dish from the oven when it is golden brown.
