Ingredients
- 150 g banana(s)
- 100 g oats
- 60 g protein powder (Carrot Cake (alternatively vanilla))
- 60 g carrot(s)
- 200 ml milk (low-fat)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- to taste flavor powder (e.g. Carrot Cake (alternatively honey))
- 20 g walnuts
- 20 g raisins
- 200 g cream cheese (Exquisa Fitline 0.2%)
- 50 g skyr
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- to taste sweetener (alternatively honey)
Instructions
- 1. Grate the carrot finely and chop the walnuts into small pieces. Mash the bananas with a fork and mix them with all other dough ingredients. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Whisk all frosting ingredients together until smooth. Spread the frosting over the mostly cooled cake. Decorate with chopped walnuts and a drizzle of honey if desired.
