🍽️ Crispy Fries from Fresh Potatoes in the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potato(es)
- 1 tsp salt (fries salt)
- 1 tsp paprika powder, smoked
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into thin strips with a thickness of about 5 to 10 millimeters.
- 2. Place the potato strips in a sealable box, fill with water, close it, and shake vigorously to remove the starch.
- 3. Drain the water, pour the potatoes onto a kitchen towel, and then pat them completely dry.
- 4. Place the dry potatoes back into the box, add oil and spices, and shake everything well until evenly coated.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C, place the potatoes in the basket, and cook for 25 minutes, shaking the basket 1 to 2 times during cooking.
