  1. 1. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into thin strips with a thickness of about 5 to 10 millimeters.
  2. 2. Place the potato strips in a sealable box, fill with water, close it, and shake vigorously to remove the starch.
  3. 3. Drain the water, pour the potatoes onto a kitchen towel, and then pat them completely dry.
  4. 4. Place the dry potatoes back into the box, add oil and spices, and shake everything well until evenly coated.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C, place the potatoes in the basket, and cook for 25 minutes, shaking the basket 1 to 2 times during cooking.
