🍽️ Crispy Pepper Pockets with Feta from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 400 g feta cheese
- 5 tbsp yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 splash olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the tops of the bell peppers.
- 2. Remove the insides with the seeds from the pepper shells.
- 3. Rinse the empty pepper shells thoroughly.
- 4. Mix all remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
- 5. Fill the pepper shells with the prepared mixture.
- 6. Place any leftover filling into a small heatproof dish.
- 7. Secure the pepper tops back onto the shells, for example using toothpicks.
- 8. Place the stuffed peppers and the dish with the remaining filling into the air fryer.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the peppers for 15 minutes.
