  1. 1. Cut off the tops of the bell peppers.
  2. 2. Remove the insides with the seeds from the pepper shells.
  3. 3. Rinse the empty pepper shells thoroughly.
  4. 4. Mix all remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Fill the pepper shells with the prepared mixture.
  6. 6. Place any leftover filling into a small heatproof dish.
  7. 7. Secure the pepper tops back onto the shells, for example using toothpicks.
  8. 8. Place the stuffed peppers and the dish with the remaining filling into the air fryer.
  9. 9. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the peppers for 15 minutes.
