🍽️ Crunchy Baked Oats from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 120 g oats (or oat flour)
- 100 g peanut butter
- 100 g skyr
- 150 g applesauce
- 1 egg
- 100 g milk (as desired)
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 20 g sliced almonds
- 1 handful berries (frozen)
- maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 165 °C.
- 2. Put oats, peanut butter, skyr, apple sauce, egg, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt into a mixing container.
- 3. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender or mixer until you have a smooth mixture.
- 4. Stir frozen berries into the oat mixture.
- 5. Grease a small ovenproof dish and fill it with the mixture.
- 6. Sprinkle more frozen berries and almonds on top and press them in slightly.
- 7. Place the dish in the air fryer and bake at 165 °C for 20 minutes until crispy.
- 8. Add maple syrup to taste or skip it to save sugar.
