🍰 Caramel Cheesecake Muffins from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 300 g quark
- 1 pck. caramel pudding powder
- 30 g butter (melted)
- 40 g sugar
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 1 egg
- 1 handful cherry(es) (from the jar, well drained)
- to taste cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 2. Mix all ingredients except the cherries and cinnamon sugar in a bowl until you have a smooth batter.
- 3. Divide the batter evenly among about 6 silicone muffin cups.
- 4. Press the drained cherries slightly into the batter in each muffin.
- 5. Place the muffin cups in the air fryer and bake for 20 minutes at 160 °C.
- 6. Remove the muffins from the air fryer and sprinkle them immediately with cinnamon sugar.
- 7. Let the muffins cool down completely in the silicone cups before eating.
