🍽️ Crispy Salmon from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillet(s) (with or without skin)
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar, brown
- 1 garlic clove(s) (pressed)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients except the salmon in a small bowl until a uniform marinade forms.
- 2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish or container and pour the marinade evenly over them.
- 3. Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 5. Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer basket and cook it for 7 to 8 minutes.
- 6. Carefully turn the fillets with a spatula and cook them for another 3 to 4 minutes until crispy.
- 7. Check the cooking time: The thicker the fillets, the longer the cooking time may need to be.
