  1. 1. Mix all ingredients except the salmon in a small bowl until a uniform marinade forms.
  2. 2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish or container and pour the marinade evenly over them.
  3. 3. Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
  5. 5. Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer basket and cook it for 7 to 8 minutes.
  6. 6. Carefully turn the fillets with a spatula and cook them for another 3 to 4 minutes until crispy.
  7. 7. Check the cooking time: The thicker the fillets, the longer the cooking time may need to be.
