Ingredients
- 1 packet HENGLEIN potato pancake dough (750 g)
- 2 slice/s ham
- 8 cubes cheese
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the ham into four equal pieces. Place one piece of ham and a slice of cheese on two tablespoons of the potato batter. Cover the filling with another tablespoon of batter.
- 2. Seal the balls well so nothing falls out. Then roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
