  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
  2. 2. Beat one egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl with a mixer or whisk until the mixture is very frothy and light.
  3. 3. Mix flour and baking powder in a small container.
  4. 4. Stir in the flour mixture, oil, and eggnog alternately into the egg mixture until a smooth batter forms.
  5. 5. Divide the batter evenly among 6 silicone muffin cups.
  6. 6. Place three fresh raspberries on top of each muffin and press them slightly into the batter.
  7. 7. Place the cups in the air fryer and bake the muffins at 160 °C for 18 minutes.
  8. 8. Lower the temperature to 140 °C and bake for another 4 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Carefully remove the muffins from the air fryer and let them cool for a moment.
  10. 10. Optional: You can also bake the batter in a conventional oven. Set the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat and bake the muffins for 25 minutes.
