  3. 3. Cut the vegetables into even slices or pieces.
  4. 4. Place the vegetables in a large bowl.
  5. 5. Drizzle the oil over the vegetables.
  6. 6. Season the vegetables to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Mix everything well until every piece is lightly coated with oil.
  8. 8. Place a piece of baking paper in the air fryer basket.
  9. 9. Spread the vegetables evenly on the baking paper.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  11. 11. Cook the vegetables for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
  12. 12. Open the fryer halfway through the cooking time.
  13. 13. Shake the basket or stir the vegetables.
  14. 14. Close the fryer and set the remaining time.
