Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 medium-sized onion(s)
- 4 mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tsp oil
- to taste spice(s)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove tough stems, leaves, or inedible parts.
- 3. Cut the vegetables into even slices or pieces.
- 4. Place the vegetables in a large bowl.
- 5. Drizzle the oil over the vegetables.
- 6. Season the vegetables to taste with salt and pepper.
- 7. Mix everything well until every piece is lightly coated with oil.
- 8. Place a piece of baking paper in the air fryer basket.
- 9. Spread the vegetables evenly on the baking paper.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 11. Cook the vegetables for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
- 12. Open the fryer halfway through the cooking time.
- 13. Shake the basket or stir the vegetables.
- 14. Close the fryer and set the remaining time.
- 15. Remove the vegetables from the air fryer.
- 16. Serve the vegetables as a side dish to your main course.
- 17. You can also enjoy it with quark as a complete meal.
