  6. 6. Let the pre-dough rest for 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Add the remaining ingredients to the dough.
  8. 8. Knead the dough thoroughly.
  9. 9. Cover the dough.
  10. 10. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 90 minutes.
  11. 11. Place baking paper in the air fryer.
  12. 12. Shape the dough into a loaf.
  13. 13. Do not knead the loaf again.
  14. 14. Score the surface of the bread.

  16. 16. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
