🍽️ Crusty Bread from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 175 g wheat flour
- 75 g rye flour
- 0.5 cube fresh yeast
- 1 pinch(es) sugar
- 120 ml milk
- 50 g yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.
- 2. Make a well in the flour mixture.
- 3. Crumble the yeast into the well.
- 4. Sprinkle the sugar over the yeast.
- 5. Pour in the milk.
- 6. Let the pre-dough rest for 15 minutes.
- 7. Add the remaining ingredients to the dough.
- 8. Knead the dough thoroughly.
- 9. Cover the dough.
- 10. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 90 minutes.
- 11. Place baking paper in the air fryer.
- 12. Shape the dough into a loaf.
- 13. Do not knead the loaf again.
- 14. Score the surface of the bread.
- 15. Place the bread on the baking paper.
- 16. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 17. Bake the bread for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
- 18. Let the bread cool for 30 minutes.
- 19. Only cut the bread after it has cooled.
