🍽️ Crispy Fan Potatoes from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 4 large potato(es) (approx. 1 kg)
- 3 tbsp chili oil (or other spice oil)
- 4 garlic clove(s)
- 2 rosemary sprig(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and place them on a large spoon.
- 2. Slice the potatoes thinly with a sharp knife, but do not cut all the way through to the bottom so they stay connected.
- 3. Ensure that the slice thickness is about three millimeters.
- 4. Slice the garlic clove into thin pieces.
- 5. Place the prepared potatoes into the basket of the air fryer.
- 6. Brush the potatoes lightly with oil, preferably chili oil.
- 7. Insert the garlic slices and rosemary sprigs into the slits of the potatoes.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and place the potatoes inside for 14 minutes.
- 9. Open the basket after 14 minutes and brush the potatoes again with a little oil.
- 10. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
- 11. Close the basket and bake the potatoes for another 14 to 16 minutes until crispy.
- 12. Serve the fan potatoes hot with a tasty dip, herb butter, or herb quark.
