Ingredients
- 250 g Quark (preferably low-fat quark)
- 25 g Butter (melted)
- 25 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 25 g Vanilla Pudding Powder
- 12 Mandarin (from the can)
Instructions
- 1. Take a bowl and add all ingredients except the mandarin pieces.
- 2. Stir the ingredients vigorously until you have a smooth mixture.
- 3. Divide the mixture evenly among 6 muffin cups.
- 4. Place two mandarin pieces on top of each portion of the mixture.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 150 °C and bake the muffins for 20 minutes until crispy.
