🍽️ Crunchy Rye Bread from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 250 g rye flour
- 0.5 cube fresh yeast
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 150 ml water, lukewarm
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour into a large bowl.
- 2. Make a well in the center of the flour with a spoon or your hand.
- 3. Crumble the yeast into the well.
- 4. Sprinkle the sugar directly over the yeast.
- 5. Pour in the lukewarm water.
- 6. Stir the ingredients for the pre-dough briefly.
- 7. Place the bowl in a warm spot for 30 minutes.
- 8. Now add all remaining ingredients to the dough.
- 9. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 10. Cover the bowl.
- 11. Let the dough rise in a warm spot for 60 minutes.
- 12. Place a piece of baking paper in the basket of the air fryer.
- 13. Shape the dough into a small loaf.
- 14. Place the bread on the baking paper.
- 15. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and bake the bread for 25 minutes until crispy.
