Ingredients
- 2 banana(s) (ripe)
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g nuts (chopped)
- 1 egg
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and mash them in a large bowl with a fork until smooth.
- 2. Add the sugar, the egg, and the nuts to the banana mixture and stir well until evenly combined.
- 3. Sprinkle the flour and baking powder over the mixture and mix everything until you have a smooth batter without lumps.
- 4. Pour the batter into a baking pan that fits inside your air fryer.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the bread for 21 minutes until it is golden brown and fully cooked.
