🍽️ Quick Yeast Rolls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 0.5 cube fresh yeast (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 125 ml milk (or plant-based milk, lukewarm)
- 250 g spelt flour Type 630
- 0.5 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp fruit vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 100 g raisins
- flour (for your hands)
- n. B. butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the lukewarm milk.
- 2. Mix the flour with the ground cardamom in a bowl.
- 3. Add the milk-yeast mixture, the egg, the vinegar, and the raisins to the flour mixture.
- 4. Stir everything well with a spoon until a dough forms.
- 5. Dust your hands with a little flour so the dough does not stick.
- 6. Shape the dough into small balls.
- 7. Press the balls flat slightly.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 9. Place the rolls in the basket of the air fryer.
- 10. Bake the rolls at 180 °C for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 11. Remove the rolls directly after baking.
- 12. Brush the hot rolls immediately with a little butter.
