  1. 1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the lukewarm milk.
  2. 2. Mix the flour with the ground cardamom in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add the milk-yeast mixture, the egg, the vinegar, and the raisins to the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Stir everything well with a spoon until a dough forms.
  5. 5. Dust your hands with a little flour so the dough does not stick.
  6. 6. Shape the dough into small balls.
  7. 7. Press the balls flat slightly.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  9. 9. Place the rolls in the basket of the air fryer.
  10. 10. Bake the rolls at 180 °C for 8 to 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the rolls directly after baking.
  12. 12. Brush the hot rolls immediately with a little butter.
