🍽️ Crispy Stuffed Pepper Rolls with Cream Cheese & Bacon from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper
- 100 g herb cream cheese (or pepper cream cheese)
- 1 pack. bacon
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the bell peppers under running water.
- 2. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the insides, including the seeds and the core.
- 4. Fill the hollowed-out pepper halves with the cream cheese mixture.
- 5. Wrap each stuffed pepper piece tightly with a strip of bacon.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 7. Place the bacon-wrapped peppers into the basket.
- 8. Cook the rolls for 10 minutes at 180 °C in Airfry mode until the bacon is crispy.
