  1. 1. Put the flour into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Add salt, paprika powder, onion granules, and garlic powder.
  3. 3. Add the chili sauce and the vegan cooking cream.
  4. 4. Stir the ingredients well until a uniform batter forms.
  5. 5. If the batter is too thick, thin it out with a small splash of water.
  6. 6. Separate the cauliflower into small florets.
  7. 7. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the sauce.
  8. 8. Toss the florets so they are completely and evenly coated with the sauce.
  9. 9. Roll the wet florets in panko or breadcrumbs until they are well covered.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  11. 11. Place the breaded cauliflower wings into the air fryer basket.
  12. 12. Make sure the wings are not stacked on top of each other so they become crispy.
  13. 13. Cook the wings at 180 °C for 15 minutes in the air fryer.
  14. 14. Remove the wings from the air fryer.
  15. 15. Brush the warm wings with some BBQ sauce.
  16. 16. Serve the wings immediately with garlic dressing.
