🍽️ Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients
- 40 g flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- 0.5 tsp onion granules
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 40 ml chili sauce
- 40 ml cooking cream (vegan)
- water (as needed)
- 300 g cauliflower florets
- 100 g panko (or breadcrumbs)
- as needed BBQ sauce (optional for brushing)
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour into a large bowl.
- 2. Add salt, paprika powder, onion granules, and garlic powder.
- 3. Add the chili sauce and the vegan cooking cream.
- 4. Stir the ingredients well until a uniform batter forms.
- 5. If the batter is too thick, thin it out with a small splash of water.
- 6. Separate the cauliflower into small florets.
- 7. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the sauce.
- 8. Toss the florets so they are completely and evenly coated with the sauce.
- 9. Roll the wet florets in panko or breadcrumbs until they are well covered.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 11. Place the breaded cauliflower wings into the air fryer basket.
- 12. Make sure the wings are not stacked on top of each other so they become crispy.
- 13. Cook the wings at 180 °C for 15 minutes in the air fryer.
- 14. Remove the wings from the air fryer.
- 15. Brush the warm wings with some BBQ sauce.
- 16. Serve the wings immediately with garlic dressing.
