🍰 Crispy Apple Cinnamon Muffins from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 small apples (approx. 75 - 100 g, diced small)
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 25 g sugar
- 40 g margarine
- 75 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch(es) salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut the apples into small cubes.
- 2. Mix the apple cubes with the cinnamon in a small bowl.
- 3. Set the apple-cinnamon mixture aside.
- 4. Beat the egg, sugar, and margarine with a hand mixer until creamy.
- 5. Add the remaining dry ingredients to the egg-sugar mixture one by one.
- 6. Stir everything well until a smooth batter forms.
- 7. Gently fold the apple-cinnamon mixture into the batter.
- 8. Fill the batter into five prepared muffin cups.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 10. Cook the muffins for 15 to 17 minutes at 160 °C in the air fryer.
- 11. Perform the toothpick test to check for doneness.
