Ingredients
- 800 g salmon fillet(s)
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic (pressed)
- 0.25 tsp paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the salmon into four equal-sized fillets. You can also buy ready-made fillets directly from the fish counter.
- 2. Wash the lemon thoroughly. Grate the zest finely and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika powder in a small bowl.
- 4. Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade. It is best to use a kitchen brush to distribute the oil evenly.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C. Place the fillets inside and cook them until crispy for 8 to 10 minutes.
