  1. 1. Rinse the chicken schnitzels under cold water and pat them completely dry with kitchen paper.
  2. 2. Season the meat on both sides evenly with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  3. 3. Coat the schnitzels one after another first in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Brush the bottom of the air fryer lightly with oil or spray it.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and place the schnitzels inside.
  6. 6. Cook the schnitzels for 10 minutes at 200 °C.
  7. 7. Turn the schnitzels once after 5 minutes of cooking time.
  8. 8. Check the thickness of the schnitzels after cooking time and extend the time if necessary if they are not fully cooked through.
