Ingredients
- 3 chicken schnitzels
- 1 egg
- some flour
- some breadcrumbs
- some oil
- salt and pepper
- paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken schnitzels under cold water and pat them completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 2. Season the meat on both sides evenly with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 3. Coat the schnitzels one after another first in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- 4. Brush the bottom of the air fryer lightly with oil or spray it.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and place the schnitzels inside.
- 6. Cook the schnitzels for 10 minutes at 200 °C.
- 7. Turn the schnitzels once after 5 minutes of cooking time.
- 8. Check the thickness of the schnitzels after cooking time and extend the time if necessary if they are not fully cooked through.
